1. Return & Exchange Time Limit
All products purchased can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt (based on the "Delivered" status shown by the logistics tracking). We are unable to process return or exchange requests that exceed 7 days. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
The product must remain in brand-new, unused condition, with original packaging intact and all accessories included (such as the sealing lid for storage boxes, original packaging for cleaning supplies, etc.), and it should be free from damage, stains, or modification traces.The order status must be "Shipped" before you can apply for a return or exchange. The status will be automatically updated to "Delivered" within 24 hours of you receiving the product.Return and exchange requests must be submitted through official channels to ensure we can verify your order information accurately.3. Shipping Fee Responsibility
Shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be based on who is at fault, as follows:
If the return or exchange is due to our fault (e.g., product quality issues, incorrect items shipped, missing items, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs.If the return or exchange is due to your personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product, incorrect size, wrong purchase, etc.), you will be responsible for a return shipping fee of 300 THB per item.
