This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") is a legal agreement between you and the Store regarding product purchases, delivery, after-sales services, and related services, aiming to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties. By accessing the Store, browsing products, or placing an order, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all the contents of these Terms and voluntarily accept their binding effect. 2. User Rights and Obligations

2.1 User Rights

  • If there are quality issues, incorrect shipments, missing items, etc., users have the right to request processing according to the returns and exchange policy.

  • 2.2 User Obligations

  • Users must provide accurate personal information (name, contact number, shipping address, etc.) when placing an order to ensure that the information is valid and correct to avoid delivery delays or lost packages.

  • After order payment is confirmed, the Store will arrange shipment within the promised timeframe (3-5 business days, holiday adjustments). Once shipped, the Store will update the logistics information to ensure users can track their orders.
  • The Store will provide standardized customer service, responding to user inquiries and after-sales needs in a timely manner during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UTC+8:00) via the official email service@mail.jaxorium.com.
  • The Store will strictly protect users' personal information and comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), ensuring that personal information is not disclosed, sold, or shared without the user's consent. The collection and use of information will follow proper standards.
  • The Store will ensure that the products sold comply with the relevant quality standards of Singapore, prohibit the sale of counterfeit products, and comply with local product safety regulations.
  • 4. Orders and Payment

  • When a user submits an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase from the Store. Once the order is successfully placed, a preliminary transaction agreement is formed.
  • The user must complete payment within the specified time after submitting the order; failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
  • After successful payment, the Store will confirm the order information within 1-2 business days, and if there are no issues, the order will be shipped according to the agreed timeline.
  • If there are any issues during payment (such as payment failure or deduction without confirmation), the user should contact customer service promptly, and the Store will assist in resolving the issue.
  • 5. Logistics and Delivery

  • The Store's order shipping timeframe is 3-5 business days, and after shipment, the expected delivery time is 7-10 business days. Actual delivery times depend on the logistics progress.
  • If a delay, damage, or loss of the package occurs due to the logistics provider's issues, the Store will assist the user in communicating with the logistics provider to resolve the problem.
  • The user must sign for the package promptly. If unable to sign personally, the user can authorize another person to sign on their behalf. Once signed, the package is deemed to have been delivered successfully.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information provided by the user, any secondary delivery charges will be borne by the user.
  • 6. Returns and Exchange Policy

  • If the user receives products with quality issues, incorrect shipments, missing items, or damage, they can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the goods, providing relevant evidence (photos, videos, etc.).
  • The returned or exchanged product must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging intact, not affecting secondary sales. Products that have been used, damaged, or have damaged packaging will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • If the user requests a return or exchange for personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size), the user will bear the return shipping costs, and the product must meet the return or exchange conditions.
  • The Store will process a refund or exchange within 15 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the user's payment account via the original payment method.
  • 7. Disclaimer

  • In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or logistics suspensions), if the order cannot be shipped or delivered on time, the Store will not bear liability for breach of contract but will promptly notify the user and discuss possible solutions.
  • The Store is not liable for package loss or delay due to errors in user-provided information, such as incorrect address or failure to sign for the package.
  • The Store will not be liable for losses caused by user errors (such as incorrect ordering or payment), but will assist in resolving the issues without assuming compensation responsibility.
  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use of the product is not considered a quality issue, and the Store will not accept returns or exchanges for such cases.
